Virtual: Fellowship Ethics and Conflict

The second of two membership classes needed to join our organization, this is a chance for non members to get to know how far we’ve come. Conflict is a part of every organization, and how an organization navigates conflict in its ranks says much about the ethics and values that organization holds. Here, we’ll have an honest discussion about our history, some lessons we’ve learned about building and supporting queer community, and the guiding principles to which we hold that carry us through our Work together.
